Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been assembled, ridden, or show signs of use
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
3. Return Process To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@aum.bike with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the item back to our designated return address (provided upon RMA approval)
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped
4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
