1. Shipping Origin All orders are shipped from Shanghai, China. We partner with major international carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and SF Express.
2. Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or pre-order items may require additional lead time, which will be communicated at checkout.

4. Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You can track your shipment through the carrier's website or via your AUM account.
5. Customs & Import Duties International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
6. Shipping Delays AUM is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather events, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Shop Pay
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Bank wire transfer (for wholesale orders over $5,000 USD)
2. Currency All transactions are processed in USD. If your bank account is in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply a conversion fee.
3. Payment Security All payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which uses SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. AUM does not store your full credit card information.
4. Order Confirmation Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details upon successful payment.
5. Failed Payments If a payment fails, your order will not be processed. Please verify your payment details or contact your bank. AUM is not responsible for fees incurred due to failed transactions.
6. Fraud Prevention AUM reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

1. Rate Structure Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Rates are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

Rates above are estimates for a standard bicycle shipment (approx. 18–25 kg, 160×60×30 cm). Actual rates may vary.
3. Free Shipping Free standard shipping is available on orders over $1,500 USD to the United States and select regions. Eligibility will be shown at checkout.
4. Oversized Items Bicycles and large accessories are classified as oversized freight. Additional handling fees may apply depending on the carrier and destination.
5. Rate Changes Shipping rates are subject to change without notice due to carrier rate adjustments or fuel surcharges.
